Tetryzoline hydrochloride (Tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride) – Sympathomimetic agent; reduces eye redness, edema, itching, pain, and tearing through vasoconstriction. Neostigmine methylsulfate – Anticholinesterase agent; improves ocular circulation and fluid flow, causing pupil and ciliary muscle contraction. Indications
