Antifungal Agents

Each capsule contains 150 mg of fluconazole.

Fluconazole is a triazole antifungal agent. Its primary mechanism of action is the inhibition of 14-alpha-lanosterol demethylation via fungal cytochrome P₄₅₀, thereby disrupting ergosterol biosynthesis.
